Subscriptions purchased via the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions purchased via the web are processed by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your card details — those are handled directly by Apple or Stripe under their own policies. We only receive the information needed to record your subscription status (e.g. plan, renewal date, cancellation state).
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared only where necessary with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, or where required by law. The processors we rely on include:
- Apple — App Store subscription billing and delivery
- Stripe — web subscription billing
- Postmark — transactional email delivery (e.g. welcome and password reset)
Each processor handles information under their own privacy practices.
